Pros
Barracuda Networks offers a great environment for IT Sales to build and hone their skills. With easy to use solutions, and a great marketing team and branding, there is never a "cold call". As Barracuda continues to grow, management takes very good care of the candidates that work hard and continue to show success. There are great internal resources to help coach new people as well as the freedom for them to use their own skills and personalize their style.
Cons
Barracuda is a fast paced company and looks to build self-motivated and hungry sales reps. This would not be a good company if you want to be invisible and just coast through life.
