      regular pay outs for commissions

      Cons

      Never any thanks for job well done, intense weekly pressure on sales forecasting, don't understand how to build up relationships with customers, no work life balance you are expected to be on all the time even when on vacation. It's always about the company, employee . treated poorly. Wouldn't recommend for a mid career move -OK for new college grads to learn the business

      Good sounding product suite. Top-Notch Engineering and Support Team. Laid Back work culture. Very friendly people. Offices in all the Cool Places.

      Cons

      Top heavy management structure. Sales & Sales and Nothing else matters. NO long term vision. The one's who set the ball rolling are not open to suggestions, over time. Management Lies to you.
