      - Very fast interview process and friendly fast response from the HR. - You don't feel there is a hierarchy in the management, everybody is easy approachable. - The company is growing fast meaning there is a lot of opportunities to grow within the company. - A lot of people working long term with positivity and helps you to get in that flow. - The company is trying to keep their staff happy with free drinks and team events and if your car is broken you can use company cars to help you out.
