Barracuda Networks has suffered a bit in the past few years, but not without fully embracing the struggle and working hard to change and improve. they hired new and dynamic managers and team leaders, they changed teams around and introduced new teams to help the sales process. overall a very warm and welcoming company with clear goals and targets for everyone. if youre a good employee, they;ll let you know, outlying their plans for your future with the company, and they really like to keep you close. they reward hard work, and always congratulate you.
Cons
They are quick to let people go (who in all honesty, needed to be let go as they were dragging the team down) without a plan of action to follow, sometimes expecting the rest of us to take up the slack.
