      The culture is awesome! empowerment at every level, great products and awesome support. Strong leadership, Brand recognition and marketing of the same.

      Cons

      Getting wind under your sails can take a bit of time but once you get it, you get it! Expect to take 30 to 60 days minimum to learn the systems, processes and products.

      Fast Past, Support, Upper Management is very connected with employees, great products to sell and support.

      Cons

      Comp Plan is hard to understand, havent had commission breakdowns in over 10+ years, fast paced which is also a pro can be a con to others.
