      One can get a chance to learn many products.

      Cons

      Poor management. Mental torture. Verbal torture by employees Manager doesn't bother about an employee though he/she is dying. 12 hours of work per day. Salary cutting. Internal politics like other companies but people here are cruel and pathetic. Profanity at work. Company is so cheap and Couldn't afford tea/coffee to people who work in night shifts in support. They turn off air conditioner to save electricity. FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE promises. Verbal Harassment is what I really experienced during my tenurity. I have many things to say but can not be expressed here. That so all for now. Join this company at your own risk. I am feeling little uncomfortable expressing these things on a website but these things are true and one shouldn't be in the soup like me. Thank you for Glassdoor for giving us an opportunity to express my opinion. I worked in INDIA in bangalore.

      Pros

      Great exposure into the IT industry Friendly Environment Free lunches and beverages Great Location Rarely have to work overtime Company experiencing decent growth There is something "cool" about this company.

      Cons

      Get thrown into the deep end but gets better after a couple weeks. Pay is well below average, should get paid more for being able to support more products. Structure of the company still needs tweaking High turnover, good talent are leaving for higher paying jobs. Company seems to revolve around sales rather than taking care of technical issues.
