      Great opportunities to learn real innovative technologies Down-to-earth management that sits in the pits with the employees Very laid back environment with ping pong, video games, foosball, air hockey...etc Flexible work hours Very smart coworkers to learn from Great location in the middle of down town Ann Arbor/U of M campus Company is doing real well financially, so no concerns about job security

      Inadequate vacation time and 401k matching compared to the market Compensation is average, ok, not super competitive Well, not really a "Con" but beware if you're a slacker. There is no tolerance for those who don't take the job seriously

      Pros

      My salary is healthy and I appreciate it. The office is very casual and has a bit of a start-up vibe. There are plenty of smart people who seem to be passionate about code. Beer on tap.

      Cons

      The office is 99.9% male and eerily unfriendly. There seems to be a lot of turnover, sometimes people just disappear. Kind of sad. The company recently went public and money is very tight. The benefits are disappointing for a tech firm. Beer on tap.
