      Pros

      I joined Barracuda as part of an acquisition. I had some natural concern we'd loose control of the product and the energy we had as a young start up company. In reality though, we joined a team of extremely talented and energetic people who have assisted in growing our product into something greater then we were able to accomplish on our own. Barracuda has a lot of passion to make great products.

      Cons

      Given Barracuda is fairly young compared to some other companies in the industry, some would find downside in the lack of structure we have at Barracuda.

      Pros

      Will hire almost anyone with a pulse. Fun people. Peet's coffee.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub-par. Seems like HR hides the lousy time off until your first day (9 days vacation/sick your first year) Management embaresses employees in full public view. Pay is way off scale. Bait and switch on gentlemen's agreement w/ hiring manager.

      Pros

      I really appreciate the nature of the leadership, it guides me so well as staff to administer and handle the problems of our customers and clients easily and smoothly. The current management has a fantastic ability to continuously observe, evaluate, guide, inspire, and encourage the staff.

      Cons

      Truly, I do not believe the Barracuda Networks has any "Cons". Except not that many vacation days.
