Pros

Barracuda Networks still has a start-up like atmosphere. Very energetic and collaborative. Great people with great ideas and a lot of energy. Give you a lot of freedom and room to be creative and work your own way as long as you are producing.

Cons

As in any office, politics can be a little bit distracting at times. Pay could be better. Startup atmosphere does not always provide employees with direction, rely on employees to be self-directed.

-Great work atmosphere, casual yet professional -A lot of growth potential for career -I am working for a great Manager that supports growth of people on team -A lot of training available and provided on products, technology and sales -Fun place to work, and great people to work with

Cons

-Pay and benefits could be improved -Need more space -Building gets too cold sometimes -Hard to find parking spaces sometimes

Professional people to work with lots of room for creativity and professional growth. It's a very well known company internationally with great products spanning a wide range of network security applications. Management are easily accessible.

Cons

The Medical benefit are not enough to cover you and all your family members.
