      Pros

      Lots to do, but they silo you. those on the ground that actually communicate with customers are great people.

      Cons

      Management, Too many VP's that simply have no idea on how to treat their staff and what their customers want. Too many ideas from above rather than serving and improving their existing product line that simply needed a few tweaks to make them great.
