Wise company and toxic environment

Only some ppl are good in this company ( finance team, helpers, cafeteria helpers, IT dept )
Cons
Worst managers…. Micromanagement at the peak here They check your slack / teams with whom you are doing conversation. They even count how long you are using washroom too They will only do fake call and ask they are some openings and do you like to change job, if you say yes then manager will come and ask you are looking for job change I got information Seriously they don’t even deserve one star review They terminate employees every easily like within 3 months Once they issued offer they will come behind you like anything.. please join our company after getting offer don’t go to other company Later they terminate like anything very bad culture
