      Pros

      If you like alcohol, then you'll love this place.

      Cons

      Almost everything else. Each department ends up being their own little clique, and even within those groups there are even littler groups. Execs claim to be "for the worker" but their primary focus as to be for the company, so they're not really there for you.

      Great food and some cool people.

      Cons

      - Low Market Share due to products and current CEO and his leadership - Management in the Campbell,CA and Alpharetta,GA office will do anything to save their jobs - Sales Managment are incompetent and not producing sales numbers. - 0 to 5 days to learn products. - No room for advancement - Employee discrimination at times.

      must be able to drink alcohol regularly and will pay for fly you anywhere and very upbeat place to work.

      Cons

      if you have any ideas or ways to better your current role just shut up and let management have the bright idea. DO NOT DO BETTER THAN YOUR BOSS. i grew the region and introduced other products better than anyone and thought of a better role to help minimized confusion
