      Pros

      There are some great people at the non-C-suite level.

      Cons

      The company is struggling to find a direction. There is a massive barrier between the "C-suite" and the people who do the work. Leadership is incredibly opaque. No visibility into the future, roadmaps, career development.

      Some of the coworkers are nice. A lot of younger frat-bro type people though that get old after awhile.

      Cons

      Some of the worst management I've ever experienced. I worked there for about a year and knew this place was not a good place for me to be.

      -Pay bumps to keep up with inflation -Hybrid Remote -Tech support colleagues are good people. -You do not need to work outside your shift.* (See cons)

      Cons

      -Base pay is low for the industry -Metrics now pushed to the point where quality technical support has degraded. -Even though it is hybrid remote, working from home due to illness is not permitted. -You may want to work outside your shift to keep up with metric demands -Newer management severely lacks empathy.
