Good parking good location great medical benefits

Cons

No stractured pay grades or salary increases, favoritism is a definite issue especially in HR, frequent back stabbing and lack of cooperation across all departments.

Pros

Barracuda is a great place to work if you are trying to jump-start your career. If you are able to grasp things quickly and show determination to learn, you will do well for a few years. Other pros include: free lunch, bar and gym located at HQ

Cons

That being said, the pay is not competitive. Learn as much as you can and take on as many challenges/opportunities they throw at you, and simply look for another job once you have outgrown your role.

Company is great for newbies and for the rest it will be quite a challenge in politics environment

Cons

Company is struggling to manage engineering across distributed teams and lost focus. It is big time barracuda should think of splitting like symantec to gain back the traction to focus on core security
