      Pros

      Good starting point for recent grads or career changers with no prior experience. Good for those looking for a job but don't know what they want.

      Cons

      Incompetent management. Company has been using a startup mentality for too long. Pay is not competitive in all areas of the company compared to the market. They tend to dangle the carrot to make you do more work than what you are paid only to fall short in not delivering on raises. They may make you do different duties that has nothing to do with your career when you first come aboard, which can kill your career.

      Some of my co-workers were competent, management was beyond horrible though.

      Cons

      Management has all been with the company for many years and does not care about career development at all. I had a manager who didn't even speak to me for 4 months while working remote. They pretend to care about employees to lure people in and keep working hard but they really just want you to stay in the same position for years at a time. The turn around is really high and now I know why. Almost every one I knew when I joined has left the company now. They primarily hire from the outside and they don't promote hard workers, so if you only need a quick buck then I would recommend but don't expect any growth.
