      Peers can be fun to work with.

      Cons

      The company is owned by a private equity firm. Prices have increased but the quality of product remains the same. It’s a sales game and it’s up to you to keep the numbers up. If you can do that, play nice with peers, become a favorite with management and grind without burning out or complaining you’ll be a star.
