Pros
Laid back atmosphere for a call center. Challenging but rewarding work at times. Hour lunch break. Decent work culture.
Cons
To start off, the compensation rate is extremely below the industry norm. Little to no initial training, I felt totally neglected when I first started. Knowledge is not distributed well amongst the tech support team, have to rely a lot on Tier II and Tier III for guidance.
