      Pros

      Remote work possible - technically supposed to be in the office 2 days a week, but management is reasonable if you are getting your work done. Most people are pleasant and good at their jobs. There are a lot of other young people.

      Cons

      They 're privately owned so stock upside isn't really a thing.
