      Pros

      CEO is a visionary who is committed to the success of the company and its employees. The company has products that are strongly positioned to drive Barracuda to market leadership.

      Cons

      Former leadership pushed Barracuda into too many markets causing dilution of its brand. There is also some structural issues within sales business units that prevent Barracuda from fully executing at its full potential. Leaders are not on same page with what Barracuda's value is.
