      Managers steal your ideas, throw their team under the bus to senior management when they’ve made a mistake, and encourage team to talk badly about one another.

      1. Location and office is nice (close to Los Gatos Downtown or Campbell Downtown) 2. People are nice and cooperative 3. Lot of opportunities to learn

      1. Still kind of startup like thinking - nimble. Con to this philosophy is too many "retakes" 2. Team forgets to celebrate successes 3. Siloed approach and thinking at all levels- maturity still building up
