      •Free lunch Wednesdays. •Hybrid schedule for some teams. •Gym on property •There are good people working there but not upper management

      Cons

      • 3 or 4 layoffs in 2.5 years. •Higher ups do not care and only want their people working for them. •Numerous employees were laid off due to job elimination, yet their replacements were hired soon after their termination date. •Employees are terminated and not replaced leaving bare bone teams to cover the missing headcount. •No loyalty/recognition for long term employees •They allow higher ups to aggressively speak about employees - belittling and calling employees stupid. •Low pay •No career path •No training
