Pros
-Great team, very friendly and open to share their knowledge and help -Average salary for a beginner -Personally I had a great work-life balance but that depends on the team, some colleagues from other teams work overtime regularly,
Cons
-A lot of miscommunication at the business/product level that slows down the development process. They give contradictory requirements quite often. -They prefer to focus on new interesting features and ignore more important base features to impress the clients. -Compensation is quite underwhelming once you get to a middle/senior position. The try to find every reason to not give out bonuses/promotions and keep you at your current salary. -They are overly focused on KPI's and numbers and are willing to create/delete tasks just to make the statistics look good. They keep track of statistics even for mini-teams of 2 people which is ridiculous.
