Thank you for your positive comments and feedback, it is appreciated. With regards to working hours, some additional hours may be required at key milestone stages in a project but working additional hours on an ongoing basis is not normal practice. If you find this is the case for you, we urge you to speak with your engagement manager or a member of the HR team and we will work with you to resolve this issue. With regards to project rotation, we make every effort to ensure staff regularly rotate across projects but there are occasions when a manager or the client may not wish to lose a particular individual or their skillset from a project at a particular time and this can result in a project rotation delay. However, if you wish to move to another project, we ask that you you to speak your engagement manager, development manager or the resources manager in this regard and they will be happy to look at rotation for you. Thanks again for your comments.

Pros

Good culture and open door policy from the partners. Good social interaction and social club, compensation was good. Flexible and understanding leaders

Cons

The 9-6 hours, and sometimes work longer. There should be a set day per week everyone comes to the office to meet and collab
