Thank you for your comments and feedback. Indeed we are in a growth stage and it’s an exciting time in BearingPoint as we look to hire across a number of roles right across the business. Of course, as you point out, being in a growth stage can mean that it’s all hands on deck particularly at the moment in a competitive recruitment market. However, already this year, we’ve hired over 30 new people and are well positioned to hire another 40 by year end to grow our delivery capacity. We’re always seeking input from our team so please feel free to reach out to anyone on the Partner team if you’d like to discuss your feedback in more detail.

Pros

Driven employees that are working hard. Interesting projects with clients across many industries.

Cons

You are not being recognised for your efforts, hard work and uncomfortable working hours. Promotion is once per year and mainly driven by your tenure rather than effort, performance and other contributions. Junior colleagues are degraded and often referred to in a patronising way.
