With regard to growth and development opportunities, there is a considerable range of courses and training available to you, both in-person and online. We encourage you to speak with your service line Learning Champion who can guide you on relevant courses suited to your level and your skillset. Your Development Manager will also be able to guide you with regards to development opportunities and you can also contact the People & Culture team for details.
Regarding your comment on some micro-managers, we appreciate this can be frustrating. Have you had a chance to express your concerns with the relevant manager? We encourage you to speak with the manager concerned and try to look at a workaround that will work for both of you. Alternatively, you can speak with your service line lead in confidence about this and they will be happy to guide you.
