Thank you for your positive comments and feedback. As a consulting firm, our goal is to help our clients deliver change that allows them to be successful. Technology plays a major part in that. The technology systems we deliver and support are core systems that run our clients' businesses. In some cases, these may not be cutting edge, so taking our clients on the journey to newer technologies that bring more flexibility, agility and resilience, at a pace that works for them, is a key part of our strategy. We have plenty of examples of doing just that across a range of clients and technologies which provide lots of learning opportunities for our team to broaden their skills. As a company, we have unfortunately lost some people that we would prefer didn’t choose to leave. However, when looking at the roles some of our team have moved to, it highlights for us the top quality of the learning and growth opportunities within BearingPoint and the incredible calibre of our people.
