Pros

Multiple two way feedback opportunities. No expectation to be in the office Good client mix across both public and private. Approachable staff at all levels. Good remuneration and overall rewards package health insurance, club membership, pension etc. Interesting work.

Cons

Consulting can be demanding Brand recognition growing but not as strong as some competitors Not many chances to move around to smaller service lines at analyst level so far.
