Pros

Over all team environment is very good. People are friendly and ready to help

Cons

From IT and engineering side upper management: managers, product manager are very manipulative and bad people Worst company if you are a developer. Bcz your main job is to install their complex product every month for all the different OS. No writing of code or automation whatsoever. Even if you try they will stop u doing that Software is outdated and out of 200 devs only 10-15 incompetent people are developing new stuf.. rest of them are there to clean the mess the senior created Very incompetent senior product manager and leads. No or minimal increment. Dont believe manager's words. They are very manipulative. Make sure you have everything in writing in contract otherwise they will lie to your face
