Pros

Capable experienced directors who delegate well and listen to input. Collaborative team, with good opportunities to both get and give help to related projects. Genuine focus on doing valuable work for clients, which feels good, and customers appreciate this.

Cons

Sometimes need to participate in meetings outside of 9-5, especially with international clients and partners, but generally within reason.
