      Easy to get a job since consulting companies are hiring a lot nowadays

      Cons

      During the interview process the job was described as an advisor from the business side without any coding experience required. As I started the job, it turned out that solid experience in JavaScript and setting up the interfaces is required to to the job. The functional design, development and testing is conducted by the same employee.
