Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your time at BearingPoint wasn’t as you may have expected. Whilst you mention the interesting projects that our consultants work on are positive, a poor work/life balance is something we put every effort into combatting - we strongly support good health and wellbeing for all of our staff, and provide the support and resources to ensure this is maintained – something which is more important now than ever. This last year has been challenging for all, consultants and clients alike, but the team at BearingPoint has worked hard to ensure we navigate these uncertain times safely and sustainably, planning for growth in the long term. Whilst there has been some staff turnover this last year, this has been below industry average, and we continue to hire where there is a requirement. However, we do take your feedback seriously, and if there are ways in which we can improve we would welcome a discussion with you on this. Please do reach out to us and we can arrange accordingly.
