Pros

Had the change to meet some very nice people. Big SAP (also other) projects. One can grow very quickly.

Cons

Extra hours (many) not paid. Not very competitive salary for consultants/senior consultants. Most important for managers is to achieve financials goals and work within budget, even if this means sacrificing very good resources. Very hard to change topics and projects. Most likely you will be sold to several projects at the same time with very unrealistic budget - 10% utilization is quite common practice meaning you will be sold to several projects that you have to work 50% each in reality, but in the "official bookings" is only 10/20%.
