Indeed we are in a growth stage and it’s an exciting time in BearingPoint as we look to hire across a number of roles right across the business. Of course, as you point out, being in a growth stage can mean that it’s all hands on deck particularly at the moment in a competitive recruitment market.
However, already this year, we’ve hired over 30 new people and are well positioned to hire another 40 by year end to grow our delivery capacity.
