Pros

BearingPoint in the US is currently a start-up culture with Partners that fully empower the staff in what they want to do and to own the business. Even when my project work is boring, the internal culture and business development is so great that it makes up for it. The leadership challenges us, empowers us, and supports us. I also have a better work-life balance here than in any other consulting job I've had before. Currently not traveling for clients because of COVID.

Cons

It's very small currently, so there is a lot of responsibility on everyone's shoulders, but the Partners definitely aim to spread the work evenly.
