Pros

Good to start with. Mind games accepted as normal for a working environment. Misogyny also.

Cons

Low quality management. You have no retention strategy, except for lying. Too much smug attitude drags down the business in time. The culture and values were on paper only mostly.

Pros

(Only relevant for Russian branch) Good atmosphere. Mature colleagues (managers and above). Good experience if you want to become SAP consultant.

Cons

(Only relevant for Russian branch) Most of projects are in the area of SAP implementation. Longstanding projects. Trips to the middle of nowhere (Often in the north of Russia). It can be possible to sit 3+ years without promotion.
