Pros

They hire qualified, competent professionals. People generally seem satisfied. Pretty good brand recognition, to the point where people who have never heard of the company think that they have.

Cons

Big company mentality-- management can be somewhat detached/disengaged, metrics by which middle management are measured are convoluted & not always applied consistently. HUGE rumor mill will suck you in if you let it.

Pros

Sharp people are running the show. They provide really good training. Really enjoyed my time out there. I would recommend this company to anybody willing to grow quickly.

Cons

If you need people to babysit you, the Paris Office is not for you.

Pros

Opportunities to work on projects and with clients directly immediately Some really good and talented people and managers

Cons

Shift from good consultants to good salespeople meant less competence when project was actually sold Promotions uneven across groups, depends on your MD's ability to sell
