Regarding your comments on onboarding, we have worked hard over the last year to improve our onboarding processes for new joiners, which now includes a more interactive and practical introduction on how we deliver software.
The new process has been very positively received but as always we are open to feedback and improvement suggestions so that we can continue to make it even better.
