Regarding projects, we have many interesting and diverse projects. Where a member of the team would like a change from their current project we encourage people to speak to their development manager and the QA Competency lead who can facilitate team changes and make the wider team aware of peoples interests in different technologies.
Ensuring staff feel they are progressing in their chosen career is a top priority for BearingPoint.
