Pros

good in sales, flexible and modern office

Cons

New consultants send at projects are kept away from client exposure, not taken to lunch or given possibilites to take workload, share ideas or explore but locked in rooms. Very hard criticism and negative feedback from senior management and partners. Not much free space to develope. Significant lack of expertise in the company. Promises made during hiring interviews are not kept. Unfair treatment, very small offcies around europe, very unfriendly people and low salaries compared to market rates.Unsatisfied workforce and totally unprofessional management.

Pros

Good infrastructure (mobile and laptop). Efficient set up of workstations, business cards, etc for newly hires. Social gatherings and regular events. Various external tranining courses. Possibility to support other BE offices. Efficient processes in place.

Cons

Tight buget for inhouse work if not at client-side. Very few key accounts/projects available in Switzerland. Required to work long chargeable hours but book less hours. Low compensation. If offsite then resource meetings held very early on start of week. Each month on average 2 employees leaving and 1-2 new employees joining. Company has image problems in Switzerland. Incompetent and unproffesional senior management. Asked for details of your contacts and connections in the first 3 days when newly hired. Required to give regular interviews on short notices. Lots of time spend on preparing useless tasks for senior management. Sent to client interview on 2nd day of work without a project description or any management advice. Huge focus on cost cutting and getting you billable without any morals.
