Pros

Great co-workers, ability to work remotely, individual teams worked very well together and were a tight knit group. Company meetings were always interesting events.

Cons

Poor upper management team, dishonesty in the information they communicated to the employees regarding the state of the business. Repeatedly told everyone that we were not going to go bankrupt or be sold, when in fact, they were planning to bankrupt the company.

Pros

The company was focused on delivering projects within clients' objectives, and consultants' performance were rated based primarily on their projects. Consultants had the necessary toolsets such as project methdologies, to perform their work delivery. The leadership in the earlier stages of my employment rewarded employees and shared the organizational profits; however, towards the timeframe prior to the acquisition, the focus changed.

Cons

Consulting rates were on the high side, when bids occurred; therefore, the success rate of proposals were on the low side. Unfortunately, this contributed to the downfall of the company.
