All staff, including graduates, are encouraged to complete a minimum of 40 hours training per year and many staff complete training hours well in excess of that. In a consultant’s first few months with the company, each new hire attends BearingPoint School in Berlin for one week, a week that our people feel grows them both personally and professionally and where they have a lot of fun! In addition, we offer a wide array of training covering technical courses, personal development, on-the-job learning as well as an online portal that offers thousands of business and technical courses.
