Cons

Low bonuses compared to the amount of work produced. Salary gaps only with new titles but not between two grades.

They care for their employees. Great skill building courses. Long time commitment to their staff.

Cons

The brand is not well known in the U.K although they have a tremendously skilled people workforce and a nice solution portfolio. The company needs to strengthen their marketing presence amongst the industry.
