Pros

BearingPoint is the former consulting unit of KPMG, and it maintained much of the KPMG culture and values - even though in the last years it seemed to deteriorate a bit, it is in my opinion still a great place to work at

Cons

Not everyone is suited to a consulting life. It´s a high-performance environment which requires a lot of travelling

Pros

Tremendous Opportunity for development, with a network of international branches to allow for international experience if so desired. Great on the resume as well.

Cons

A bit clinical and sometimes impersonal. The company could do with a bit more warmth, and the distance between upper management and the lower-level employees is quite vast at times.

Pros

The Learning Management System offered coursework in Business Process Training and Technology Certification. High level of recognition/compensation for excellence in contribution and dedication to goals.

Cons

High rate of turnover at all levels. Management of inter-team personnel transfers and virtual-teams, or off-site / on-line personnel.
