Pros

Everyone is very client focused, helpful and approachable. There is lots of autonomy to do your work, no one is watching over you and micro-managing your work. I had the opportunity to work across a few very different projects so far and have gained great experience. The company is not hierarchical in any way, management are very approachable and sociable. If you have an open mind and are flexible in your approach, there are lots of opportunities here to grow. There is a good social life too - excellent sports & social club which is a great way to meet people from other projects.

Cons

Some projects together with work-load and deadlines can be stressful at times - I am not sure much can be done about this though - many companies are similar.
