Cons

Long hours, low salary, little employee control over project placement, too much emphasis on utilization, not enough opportunities for training, placement on projects outside of background and skillsets

Pros

The people you work with are great. London office has a nice atmosphere. Opportunities are good to do a variety of consulting work. Management are supportive.

Cons

Technology consulting needs more focus compared to management consulting. Generally the London office need to further concentrate on sales and marketing.
