Good experience, exposure to many types of work and companies, projects and opportunities to perform. Work in high performance environment.

Cons

Sometimes hard to get staffed on a project. Pipeline of projects was low at times. Travel if you do not wish to travel. Unclear development path at times.

The working environment was good there and there was a bunch of projects to get more experience and exposure

Cons

The empire building spirit was a bit much between MDs. Consultants had t make sure they did not burn any bridges by jumping on other projects for another practice or somethings
