Pros

clear path of advancement, lots of opportunity if you work with the right people and can show your potential, lots of travel (depends on how you look at it)

Cons

terrible upper management, no clear direction as a company, ship has been sinking ever since kpmg separation, hard to succeed if you don't get in the right group, little to no bonuses

Pros

Great team environment where one can grow as a great employee. They hire strong technical people who are flexible and willing to work hard and adapat to new things.

Cons

Great place to learn the flaws in consulting company due the lack the strong leadership. This company went Bankrupt a few years back and this company will not be the same.

Pros

5 weeks of personal time off / leave

Cons

BearingPoint employed junior and experiences people but placed them on projects where they billed them as senior level consultants. It made working with these teammates hard since they did not really carry their weight or provide thought leadership.
