You refer to a different company, namely BearingPoint Inc. Our company, BearingPoint headquartered in Europe, has been a separate legal entity and conducted a management buyout in 2009. Its development since then is very positive, see our Annual Report: http://www.bearingpoint.com/en/about-us/annual-report/

Pros

Many good people around. Interesting clients and engagements. Lots of opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

IT legacy of the company limits its' expanding potential. Sometimes bonuses/promotions KPIs of employees are based on measures that do not depend on employee performance.
