Pros

Rather good salaries, some stability, professional and helpful co-workers, corporative retreats, generous to some extent, brand to add to your CV

Cons

Very formal vertical structure with some close people runnig the business (I have nothing against feminism, but women rule in this company).

Pros

Working in HR provided a work/life balance. Flexibility with working from home. My peers and client teams were great people.

Cons

Teams too large. Stressful and difficult to manage large teams, and to be able to really excel in the role.

Pros

Discovering new industries is each time very challenging. Being in a very competitive environment pushes you to develop your skills.

Cons

No time for personal life, they make you work like hell and are not rewarding you for the evenings you spend at their client. With the economic crisis, you spend more time at the HQ surfing on the internet rather than at the client.
