      Company has stabiliized and improve since the low point around 2008-2009 If you're lucky, you get to do interesting projects Work/life balance probably a bit better than competitors

      Company is part of a crowded industry and not very differentiated The years 2003-2008 were a debacle ending in bankruptcy - company is finally starting to be less absorbed with internal challenges
